- The welding machine must be equipped by suitable instruments.
- Clean the welding equipment, pipe and fitting unit by alcohol-water mixture on a clean piece of cloth if they are dirty.
- After starting the welding machine, first check lamp on the electric switch and then other round check lamp will be on.
- The turning off round checks lamp indicates the suitable welding hear (260oC) than you can start welding.
- Place the pipe in the heating hole and the fitting in the heating projection point and heat for the time according to chart in the below. Then unite the pipe and the fitting turning and let to dry.
- You can use the welded items in confidence.
